Welcome!
The Environment and Recreation Committee is a group of dedicated volunteers who work to preserve and enhance the quality of life through protection of the environment and promoting recreational activities for the Mount Vernon District. The community representatives of the E&R Committee provide a mixture of grass roots and independent technical evaluations of projects and issues that affect the Mount Vernon District.
Our next regular meeting will be at 7 pm on Wednesday, September 8th, 2010
at the

water control garden on Little Hunting Creek.
